Hello! This is a skin pack based on Jasper County, Indiana's Sheriff's Office. This includes skins for the 2018 Charger (matt's base and GM's base), 2020 FPIU (Kane's base), 2016 FPIU (Kane's base), 2018 Tahoe (GM's base), 2021 Durango Pursuit (GM base), and 2013 Tahoe (GM base)

Added patrol and low profile skin for GM 2021 Durango

Added white, gold, and John Jones liveries for Georgie's 2018 Charger (Screenshots by Stobe)

 

Added 2013 Tahoe livery

Removed original 2016 FPIU livery, replaced by old Jasper County livery

 

Removed original 2018 K9 Tahoe livery, replaced with old Jasper County livery version

 

Added ghost K9 skin for the 2020 FPIU

I plan on re-doing the skins for the 2020 FPIU and matt's base Charger

Utilize the texture editor in OpenIV. I'm sure there's plenty of YouTube tutorials to help you step by step.

    I'm new to the whole livery stuff and I doubt any video is going to help me on this, so could you link the 2018 charger Matts base? I've tried searching all over, is it a model or a template like where and how do I find it?

    The base is simply the model used. Check the credits of a car pack to see what bases are used. There are Charger skins for two different bases in this pack - Matt's and GeorgieMoon's. They are not interchangeable as they use different templates. I named the GM Charger skins differently as a result. Just use the corresponding skins for a car in a pack you like using either base

    And where would I find specifically this "Matt's" charger base? I promise I've done a whole lot of searching and can't find squat.

    You only need the base itself if you're going to be making vehicles yourself, in that case you can find it on Modification Universe.
