inspiration for this pack came from a mixture of Arkansas State Police, and Kentucky State Police white/blue anniversary charger. but these skins are not copies of either, just my own tinkering with these ideas in mind.

 

this file includes both white/blue skins and blackout skins

 

skins can be used with any other devs car pack
