Thanks for the feedback.

I use NVE (the paid one) and ENB Settings I got off of gta5mods.com a long time ago.

I'd wait to purchase them when they are on sale. I got most if not all of his packs while they were on sale for about $80.

on a side note, if you can find a pack(and preferably a pack) you'd like them on, I will throw them together and release them as a alternative.

Most of the packs that I've downloaded before on LSPDFR share the same basic templates as Ripples, you might be able to use a pack straight off the bat, but I doubt you'd get all  of the liveries.

The IRL Department has:
CVPI w/ Code 3 lightbar (this ones in my server, its sold for $20 from Ferious)
Dodge Chargers w/ (what appears to be) intregity lightbar
Ford Taurus w/ intregity lightbar 
Dodge Durangos w/ intregity lightbar

Since there was no dodge durango in the ripples pack, I never made a livery for one but can on the free alternative.
