Instructions to put on livery: 

Put car into gta 5 (Rename the files from fbi to pranger, including XML)

Open up the texture file and search for 21Tahoe and replace it with my livery. (YTD should be the texture file idk) 

In the 3D viewer of the car it might show the hood as black but it is white in-game.
