So these skins were made for my community which has very recently died out so I decided to release these for anyone that would possibly want them. I will be releasing the EUP I had for it as well soon. I hope everyone is doing very well and I also hope everyone enjoys this little pack.

To me that looks like Ripples new LSCSO legacy pack which can be found on his website
