I made some skins and edited the existing one for Danz´s F-550 Ambulance.
It´s a bit mixtured of real life (CA plate and logo) and game related text.
The CA plates were taken from a crown vic texture and fitted on this skin (please tell me who created them so I can give credits)!
Not perfect and the red rims only show in OpenIV but I thinks it´s cool...
So enjoy!
