It's Infidel's - it was available to download on Modification Universe, but recently he took all his models down and now they're on his Patreon.

    I plan to use the liveries at a later time (currently in the middle of a California based mini series) but the uniforms are spectacular and I'm very glad you released these. Very difficult to find Chumash uniforms, even on 8.1, and there's just nothing out there for the small departments for 8.2. 

    I truly hope you consider releasing more uniforms because these are fantastic and I thank you for your work here

    I did use the Paleto Bay ones for a video, credited back to here in the description.
