this is the north Carolina outer banks I dunno I know the file is not organized because I make my files small as possible with the best quality so it doesn't take as much space as they would on any other texture dev.

you go into the ytd in openiv and delete the Templete16FPIU that's already there and put this on it

Oh no not on this file this file is only the texture in the desc install that and put this temp on the model in openiv

and in 1 minute im about to upload the FINAL version the versions after that are placement tweaks which might barley happen because it's a free texture

i have that addon but how do i put it on
