Not terrible, side wording is fine in my opinion, seen on many emergency vehicles, more so LEO. Although I would suggest making the rear chevrons dark gray or dark blue and the wording the same color, just to match the side wording but it's not a major thing, I seen side wording a totally different color and rear chevrons different as well. And that yellow since of the side, I'd replace that with a different logo, 911 dispatcher logo or simerthing unless this is based off of a real department.  Other than that nice work.
