This is based off of Dallas county (Texas) sheriff"s dept. the all black texture was a sheriff car from the next county over.

EDIT: I forgot that I fixed the white textures to be able to  change colors. like Tan, brown, etc.

Tahoe has a Georgia plate but all you need to do is delete the plate in the ytd file in openiv

Yes. Like I said in the description it's based off of Dallas. And the black texture is based of of a county right near Dallas

Ok 1. There are more than 1 Dallas counties in the country and that's why I asked if it was Dallas County, TEXAS and 2. The 2016 chargers don't use that old texture.

1. I know that. It's just Dallas county Texas is the most familiar. But I'll change it for you in the description. 2. I live in Dallas and see the chargers every day. I like the old style they did on the cvpi's and some Tahoe's so I just did it on the charger. It's based on Dallas county not Dallas county chargers...
