A: No. I currently play GTA V on a laptop, which has integrated GFX. If you have a decent PC it should look fine.

Q: Where's the model?
A: I cannot upload the model without the creator's explicit permission, so I have just linked it.

Q: Why is it bad looking?
A: There are multiple reasons it might look bad; 1. Your settings are too low. 2. The file is corrupted (re-download). 3. You have an incompatible model.
