Just a simple Texture I made based on Virginia Beach PD. It will fit the CVPI in this pack.

Procopio Beach location is shown in the last picture.

You can import or replace this texture. Go to, update>x64>dlcpacks>lspdpack>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles>lspdpack.rpf, then choose 'police7'.
