Gets boring looking at the same old textures! It's mainly to change it up a little if you're bored at looking at CHP textures

Pretty sure the CVPI is the same model. Not sure what other cars he has though so I can't comment. Easiest way to check is to extract the textures from his cars and compare them side by side. You can usually tell

What amount did you use for the bend on the words? (if you used photoshop it should be something like +0-100 or -0-100). Thanks!

I didn't use the simple bend text tool. It didn't get a good result so I made the text follow a path that I set out (in this case, it followed the CHP circle) same sort of principle and technique used in this tutorial :)
