HOW TO INSTALL: 
Open up OpenIV and press the edit buttom. 
Then navigate to GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchdag4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf 
Replace police3.yft, polic3_hi.ytd, police3.ytd and police3_hi.yft from the files folder. 
Rebuild and enjoy the LAPD WRX STI :)
