[ELS][Replace] LSPD 2018 Dodge Charger 1.0.0

Hello again!
This is a small project i worked on to learn more about LOD's with models so model is fully LOD'd L0-L3.
This charger livery is based around Grand Chute, Wisconsin.
The Charger also has full Soundoff signal lighting build the pattern is based around IRL Soundoff patterns but with a touch for ELS.

The charger is also very high quality i put alot of work into this and i really hope you guys like it i will have some more ELS Cars on the way!

- Original vehicle model is 2015 Dodge Charger from Forza, edited into the 2018 Dodge Charger Pursuit by Matt with parts from FH3 and Gamemodels

Looks like a great model - thanks for the release! Would you have any problems with other liveries being released for it? Looks like Matt's Charger template will work for it. Having asked that......this is a pretty cool livery design!

i can try and look into it! and yes it is matt's template just a updated version of his base.

OK thanks! Just to be clear......I wasn't asking you to make more liveries! I was wondering if you were cool with other people (say......like me!) making and releasing other texture liveries for your model - with a link and full model credit to you, of course. Was thinking I might work this model into one of the other texture packs I have released......or future projects.

Ohhh, Yes with my packs you dont need permission. Cant wait to see what you make!

Yeah - I was able to use a couple of existing liveries I had, from other Georgia packs I've already released on LSPDFR last fall! Tried out the model in game a bit - looks awesome, nice work! Will either update those packs with a link to your model.......or, maybe create a new release with these two linked to your model, and links to my previous agency packs - might generate a bit more traffic on those! LOL

One question regarding the lighting. You mention that you made it (the ELS file) a specific Soundoff pattern and build - I notice there is lots of white in the flash pattern. For the stage 1 lighting (typically the rear TAs only) - which I think is labelled as "SECL in the .xml file? - there doesn't seem to be a whole lot going on?? Is that the intent? I only seem to see the mirror flashers on, and then maybe a tiny red and blue bulb in the rear window? But, the environmental lighting looks like much more red/blue going on. Any thoughts on that - am I missing something?

Original base model is by Matt which you can find on modding forum with updates by steve6645, which you need georgiemoons charger to get.

No, most of that is just the limitations of els with the way i made it the overall flash pattern during code 3 is based around a soundoff signal pattern.

You should def make a whole pack with this and make like an slicktop or something as well i love this car so much but i wish there was just a full pack thoooooooooooo
