Western Australia Police Pack [NON-ELS] 1.0.0

WAPOL Pack contains VF Commodores, FGX and FG variants and a Toyota Kluger.

Its been a while since I converted these to non-els and I finally had time to put them together and get them released.

These models have not had major updates since their original releases, except for converting them to non-els and the addition of new models.

They're not the most accurate but neither am I; I can however provide a good enough MX Excalibur lightbar!

I've included an FG Ute: it's not finished but it is usable for now until an update can be pushed.
