Blur is obviously do to my graphics smart one... Its suppose to be a rusty bone sheriff cars plain and simple cars that look like a sheriff car out of the movies.

ur dumb. The photo itself looks nice. Change the mipmap on the skin so it doesn't look bad.

Templates? 

The lights on the charger are very dim for me unlike the Vic and Impala plus the lights on the pushbar on the charger don't even work at all or is that just a me issue?
