Hi everyone I'm back after what feels like ages. This time bring along a pack that I dubbed Black Shadow, not based on anything just purely fictional. The pack includes 9 cars they are:
2018 Dodge Charger (has slick top version)

2020 Ford FPIU (has slick top version)

2016 Ford FPIS 

2018 Chevy SS (has slick top version)

2016 Impala 

2019 Chevy Tahoe
All the cars are mostly blue with a center red light. Cause I wanted to be edgy and different I guess lol.

Special Thanks to @Mwman719 for creating liveries seen on the cars.

its the ELS files and the context file inside the folder

I did the openiv install, cant find models anywhere. You say in instructions you cant spawn via trainer then how do I get the cars in game? Sweet cars look forward to enjoying!!

Oh must have made a typo in the readme you need a trainer to spawn them

mine is still crashing upon start up. uninstalled your pack and it loaded right up.

the reason for the crashing is the els files theres something wrong with them

The skins look so amazing, maybe one of the best ever done! good job! They worked after modding els configuration and removing dlc limit! The only thing: els lights on top are white

After installing all files properly my game still crashed, Uninstalled vehicle files only game still crashed, it wasnt until i uninstalled the ELS documents that my game began working correctly again. Can confirm ELS files are still causing game to crash. Shame, this pack looks like an absolute must have for any RP

Make sure that Post processing and texture settings are set to high or above

    Hello minibricks, Im Riley and i am starting up a little FiveM RP server and was wondering if i would be able to use your San Andreas State Troopers "Black Shadow" Pack 1.0.3 found on LCPDFR.com. I would not be modifying any of the vehicles or re-uploading any form of the pack to any external website. I would only be using these vehicles for my small FiveM server as the State Trooper's vehicles.     Well, would absolutely love to use these cars, BUT, still crashing lol

     

    Guys, think i may have found the issue. If you installed via OIV file. In the DLC list XML, the line that adds the black shadow pack isn't sorted and needs to be in line with the rest of the lines. Issue solved

    Yes we eventually figured out a solution, but honestly can't remember what it was since it was a while ago.
