I have been working on this for a good bit now, this is my first non els model so dont bully me, but please let me know if there are any bugs or problems. This is already packed as a resource all you have to do is put this in your server settings thing, "ensure SP1".

Why is there a "state" file? I've never seen anything except for normal files to replace. Mind explaining?
