Sam stated before that after the ELS versions are done he will be working on a Non-ELS version.

Thanks man, Go into Open IV and go to where ever you put the Vic (the Whelen one for accuracy) and go to the texture file and rename the skins to cvpi_sign_# so you can have all three by putting it 1-3 and change it in the trainer. Also to enable the multi livery setting in case you cant change them in the trainer go the the meta that holds the code for that car and go to the flags on there and add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY then you should be good. Also note that on any texture file if the liveries have a gap like 1-3 then skips 4 and goes to 5 it wont work

Hey man. Just a follow up on my previous comment idk if you saw it or not. But you said that the utility and the tahoe would be out, utility by the 19th and the tahoe by the 20th.

I dont have info on the status of the cars but Sam is trying to catch up on the cars after having to deal with things in his life please be patient.

I just wanna point this out as i've seen many of your cars this includes other packs you've released, your YTD files are way higher than what it should be.

If you have something like Natural Vision idk why the some of the lights dont appear well and i dont know how to fix it either its just how some cars react for some reason

What light did you use around the plate? Wheelen ION?

Are you able to do a lore friendly version of these?

Ill try, but in the meantime, Im redoing all the cars and fixing the interior of all the cars to give them a realistic feeling

Hey Sam, glad to see you’re continuing the pack. I will also, again, preface this by saying any of what I say is not meant to rag, per say, on you or your content, rather I feel it is necessary to let you know what you should do better and how to make the models even more accurate. 
I can tell from the speed at which you’ve made these models and the parts you have used on such that you may not be able to be aiming for full quality, yet, here I am. 
First I would like to recommend you use Matts/Peraltas charger base model as it is so much more accurate and quality rich than the current one you use. (It’s available on modding forum or GTAPoliceMods). 
Following that I would like to suggest you do your research on what parts FHP really use. You seem be using what is certainly not a federal signal spectralux rear deck for your valor cars. Even I made an edit for private use for both for front and rear deck of my own planned FHP vehicles. 
This upcoming section may or may not be applicable to you as I’m not sure of your financial status nor how you use said money, but nonetheless, here I go.

I don’t quite see you involved in the development community primarily found in trusted and well known discord’s so I’d first recommend you’d find some of those. Your valor model could be improved as that’s quite an old model at this point and Kane104 is just getting ready to list his, and I’m telling you it’s fantastic!  When it comes to the Tahoe’s, GeorgieMoon has the best base ever. That too is a “listing”.

Some of the smaller parts as well could be improved upon, and for that just contact myself on discord (My discord info is at the end of this post) and I’ll have no problem helping out with that.

Not to mention, your interior parts are inaccurate same goes with your liveries, antennas, and flash patterns. The rest of which I would have no problem helping you out with.

I have those skins the fpiu needs a bit of tweaking but other than that they are good ill send them when i get access to my pc.
