How would we make peds think and behave like this is a legit police vehicle? I would like to think  peds wouldnt know the difference between light colors.

Can someone create a soundpack so that when my DeWitte ped curses at a driver, they tell me to stop pretending I'm a police officer, to which I can respond either a) that I worked for the Oviedo Police Department, or remind them b) I'm a decorated Army Ranger?

The bike is a meme of Jeremy Dewitte, a police impersonator who does funeral escorts.  His company runs purple and yellow lights.  So no, this is not a police bike, but many of us who have followed Jeremy's funny story love this to death.
