This is my first vehicle model that I have created for GTA V so go easy on me! If anyone can make better screenshots, let me know!

 

This vehicle is NON-ELS with ELS like controls. Using extra's 7-12 you can control the lighting that the vehicle uses. Turning on and off different lights affects the enviromental lighting so lets say you want to just use the alley lights, you can have extra's 7-11 turned OFF and extra 12 ON and you will only have alley lights on with only the enviromental lighting for the alley lights. Be advised if you have your lights ON but have all the extra's turned OFF then local vehicles will still pull over. You need to make sure you have turned off the lights just like usual. You can create a script that can control extra's using specific keys so that you do not have to go to a menu each time to turn different lights ON and OFF.

 

You will need to use the reflective tape that is included for the vehicle look correct. If you change the reflective tape, the livery will not look correct in the back. I have included the reflective tape in the downloaded named "REFLECTIVE".

 

If you want to use on a FiveM server, I have included a drag and drop folder named "TKCharger18". Just drag and drop and add "start TKCharger18" to your server.cfg

What's New in Version 2.0

Released

**UPDATE v2**

This is an updatred version to my previously released 2018 Charger. In this update, I include 2 versions of red and blue lights and 2 versions of all blue lights. the difference between the versions is the rear flashing lights. Version 1 will be white lights flashing in the rear and version 2 will be either red and blue or blue and blue flashing in the rear.

mind creating a OIV install file (if possible)? because whenever I try installing it, it ends up with two blue lights on the front on when the vehicle starts up and the lights don't work.

For the FiveM Model it only has a sheriff skin. Is the State Trooper Skin somewhere else? Amazing model btw you have an amazing start!

Once you turn the lights on like the normal non-els vehicle. You use extra's 7-12 to turn on / off specific parts of lights. I typically turn 7 and 8 on always and start from there.

i dont understand where are they located? and how do you enable lights?

 

It would be much easier if you can give me instructions on how to enable the lights in game for vehicle. thanks

I found that it doesn't really work on LSPDFR, I suggest it only being used on FiveM

 

feel free to message me to get a FiveM script that makes it similar to LSPDFR

I am sorry but I typically only play FiveM. I know that the models and everything work, you would just need to know where to put the files and data files as well.

Are you talking about for LSPDFR? I typically only deal with FiveM but I can try to figure out the best way to put them into LSPDFR.

I have never done ELS and mainly focus on non-els due to the lack of good non-els models but I will look into it and I may do an update for ELS.

inside the vehicles.meta I have the handling ID as FBI so if you can change the ingame FBI vehicle to faster then that would work. Or go into the vehicles.meta and search for "<handlingId>FBI</handlingId>" and you can change that to another vehicles handling file.
