This model is not mine however i have completely changed the boat by looks textures and the lights colour this was based of the uk boat but the model was made fo us coast guard but i had changed it uk police. 

How to install: 
Grand Theft Auto V / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles / vehicles.rpf 

than drag and drop 

you may need to get albo modding dlc of lspdfr and gta 5 mods.
