- Spotlights (getting rid of the mesh adaptation so it won't look like chrome)

- Please do not complain about the LODs or the base model. I already know about the LODs. Soon enough, I will release an updated version with an accurate model and full LODs.

INSTALLATION
- Place "police.yft, police_hi.yft, police.ytd, police+hi.ytd" in "Grand Theft Auto V > mods > x64e.rpf".
- Then place "police.xml" in "Grand Theft Auto V > ELS > pack_default.

 

NOTES
- If replacing vehicle skins, use the provided vehicle template. Once you are finished with editing the skin, save the edited texture as "cvpi_sign_1.DDS" and replace the texture in both 
"police.ytd" and "police+hi.ytd".
- If replacing vehicle window skins, use the provided window template. Once you are finished with editing the window skin, save the edited texture as "cv_windows.DDS" and replace the texture in both 
"police.ytd" and "police+hi.ytd".

    Are you referring from the screenshots above, or in your own physical game copy? If you are talking within the terms of your own physical copy of the game, then I cannot control how you alter visual settings or even visual modifications. However, I can suggest using Visual V with its optionals, along with Radiance. I may try to rework the lighting textures, but let me know if any of the suggestions help! Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Honestly both the Toughbook and driving console excessively bright, although the Toughbook takes priority. I use this model as a reserve unit for my Paleto Bay PD, so I was able to replace the original PNG with a PBPD one. That all black takes away some of the excessive light, it makes the image impossible to see, but it resolves that issue. Hopefully, in the future, you are able to dim the background light for both the computer and the console, because as of right now it's impossible to use this model at night for me.

    I do appreciate you for letting me know about the bug! However, I've already noted some issues with the model and I have found a different adaptation that takes a lot of the brightness away! I will push out an update soon, for I have been working on other projects as well. Sorry for the inconvenience and I'll get right on that! Be on the lookout for a huge upgrade soon!

    Oh well then, cool, I didn't expect an update so soon lol. I was actually playing around with the emissive files after getting some advice from Toy and looking to fix it myself. But, I'll just wait and look forward to seeing what you've come up with.

    Not a problem! I am right now correcting problems with the model and switching bases. Hopefully I can get everyone up to date with a better, more enhanced model! I am aiming for the release to be somewhere close to the end of this week; however, I may throw in a new skin, depending how things went.
