2015 Slicktop K-9 Unit Dodge Charger

So I've got everything except the lights working, I know what to do but I don't know what to put... Can anyone help? I'm also doing the Captain14 pack modification.

The handling you can fix by yourself, yes i its optimized for any police slot if you edit the correct metas. Just edit the handling, its not so hard and it's nothing Gump has to fix. The reason why there is no back seat is probably becuse it's a K9 Charger not a regular patrol vehicle.

where does this get installed at? just x64e?

Are you sure it's not Gump's car? His other charger before he updated this one wasn't handling like what I have described before. The handling I'm using for the car is POLICE and slot is POLICE4.

POLICE is for CVPIs, POLICE2 is for Chargers and such.

I'll change it to POLICE2 and see. I never had this problem before with his other charger before he updated. 

EDIT: I tried setting my handling to POLICE2 and it still handles like a boat (rocks side to side when turning). It is a little better, but the rear end seems to be leaning to the side whichever the wheels are turning.

Hey @Gump so far police car mods have had their extras in the form of vehicle components where as https://www.gta5-mods.com/ vehicle mods for things like sports cars package their "extras" in the form of car mods/tuning like the type you buy in as LS Customs in game.

Is this a good work around for the limited amount of slots allowed under the current ELS provisions ?

Please help i'm new to this.

I installed the mod and everything works perfect. The only issue im having is that the lights and siren wont come on. I have ELS installed.

A step by step will be very helpful. Thank you so much

dude please, can you release your car(s) in openiv 'package' files. ?, because they are so easy to install in just two clicks...  thanks

I can't really tell if this is a ELS style vehicle. I am going to assume it is not.  However, it is not responding the same as a non ELS vehicle as well.  Meaning when I go through light patterns, the 'extras' ANPR and the lights in the grill are flickering with the lights.  I have not seen anyone else complain about this.   The install is pretty straight forward here, but if this is not non els compatible I am just curious if perhaps maybe my vehicles.meta may need to be replaced with a different one.

Hey Sup there Kilyin.  I was kinda thinking that it was acting odd with the extras flickering.  Think I need to replace the vehicles.meta file with an original perhaps?

or... maybe the ELS xml take it out for Police?

Well, did you try to use an ELS .xml file on it? If so, remove it, and just use the horn key for the sirens. It sounds like the game thinks it's an ELS vehicle for whatever reason, you're pressing J and it's 'popping' the extras on and off.

I bet that is what it is.  I had an ELS vehicle in that Police slot before and forgot to take out the xml file for it.

A fully marked patrol version of this would kill!

the only reason i use bxbugs charger  and not this one is cause it has a all blue lighting, instead of blue and red, if this was blue also id def use this one cause i would rather be a unmarked then marked

I got everything to work except the lights will not come on. Any help is appreciated. Probably my lack of experience adding new vehicles to the game.
