FlockCamera

ALPR cameras for LSPDFR. Poles sit on sidewalks and read plates on the road in front of them.

Needs GTA V, Rage Plugin Hook, LSPDFR, and RageNativeUI in your GTA folder.

Install
Drop the plugins folder into your GTA V directory. Restart RPH and go on duty.

F7 turns the network on or off. F8 opens the menu. Change those in FlockCamera.ini if you want.

Cameras
The included set is in plugins\LSPDFR\FlockCamera\FlockCamera.placements.ini
You can add more from the menu or edit that file.

Hits
Most reads stay clean. A small chance flags a plate and can start a callout. Stolen, wanted, and BOLO plates are more likely to run when a traffic stop is intiated.
	In the menu you can decide whether every car that passes a camera will be sent as a notification which becomes really annoying but works, you can also do other things in the menu. 
	
Future plans
Eventually in the future or in the month I plan to add a bolo system where if you have a car that takes off from you and you lose them but remember the plate or name of the person you can put it in flock and it will remember it over sessions and actually give you callouts from the flock camera about that car. I also eventually plan to add false callouts, IE: In real life if someone loses one plate and they report one plate stolen every time they drive with their one plate flock will send an alert.	

Uninstall
Delete FlockCamera.dll and the FlockCamera folder from plugins\LSPDFR.
