do the light on shield can be turned off?

Can someone show an example of where to put the shield model in which xml for eup please

I installed it and now gtaV in endless loading(thats my mistake i think) how to remove it?

The compatibility version of the shield presents the graphic problem as well.

So, I have an issue with textures. I put 

<ShieldModel>prop_ballistic_shield_sheriff</ShieldModel>

under 

<NumPeds min="2" max="2" />
            <Flags>
                <Flag>RespondsAsTransport</Flag>
            </Flags>
        </Loadout>
I did something wrong?

P.S. Also, if i'm not using edited by myself agency_eup.xml (provided lower), shield is anyway Penetrator (and textures are still messy) 

P.P.S. I'm not using compat version (it's still messy anyway) and in OpenIV shields are OK. tf?

if u install the penetrator shield in mods u can go in orginal x64c.rpf/levels/gta5/props/lev_des/v_minigame.rpf and get orginal files from that paste in mods or just delete the x64c.rpf in mods folder 🙂
