Its support for the yelp and wail patterns the realistic chp cars have. Check out the video for what I mean.

Why so many down loads?Why not put into one folder?

I'm still figuring out how to zip the files, lmao. But these are just the XML files for ELS for the vehicles, not the vehicles themselves.

This looks good! I'll try it out in game before giving a review. 

If I'm not mistaken; all of the vehicles, excluding the bikes, use the same settings for the lights. So why not just upload all of them at once?

Not sure, I really owned have checked out those vehicles that I uploaded but i'll try to push another update out by tonight with more vehicles.

I went and used the same light settings for all the vehicles and it worked for me.

But what's with the traffic stop pattern?

What do you mean? Theres no specific pattern for traffic stops. In busier areas they usually stick with full code 3 lights, while on a lighter freeway in a dense area they usually use the directional arrow with no front lights, While other times they turn their lights completely off on a TC. There's no set pattern. if you're asking if you can still use all those patterns the answer is yes and no. ELS uses a specific lighting pattern for CHP, in order to change that I have to use a different pattern. So no, if you want to have all those features like stage 1, 2, and 3 lighting as defaulted, you'd have to use the original XML which is what I do.

 Almost forgot, Done and done.

Only thing else that could be improved is if the wail pattern was faster. Either than that, i have been enjoying this one!

Sorry for the late reply, but no. You cant change the lighting for the bike besides the wigwags and taillights.

Really wish this project wasn't left and you got to finish the pack up, fantastic work for what you have though.

I haven't left it. I've actually been doing the opposite actually. The past few months I haven't been able to even play GTA because of all the complications with my mods (Which im sure is due to openIV). My entire ELS system wasn't even working for weeks  EUP too. I got ELS working but not EUP and a few other essentials so I gotta focus on my actual game so I can test the changes before I upload the new files. Sorry for the delay, its just as frustrating for me. Glad to see people actually enjoy my mod tho 🙂
