Better Traffic answers for Stop The Ped 1.1.0

Here is my second installment of Stop The Ped Extra,

I have re-written all the peds answers they give when you have made a traffic stop and are questioning them while they are still in their vehicle.  

INSTALLATION:
Drag the Plugins folder into the GTA directory and replace any files if asked.

Stop The Ped Traffic aims to greatly improve the rather boring responses from peds in the vanilla stop the ped mod.
It adds loads more replies to traffic stops (when your at the side of the car talking to a ped who is still in the car,
