Bugs: the front side of the helmet has a little part of color near the insignia that tends to have different brightness based on ingame light. I can't do anything about it. The symbol is pretty well made and it's the one used by NYPD.
Read ReadMe file for instructions on installation (just put files in x64.e pedprops).
Disclaimer: I'm not responsible for any damage made to your game. This model doesn't represent an exact replica of the current NYPD helmet, but it's similar to it for sure.

The Dualift files weren't modified and are not part of the download, the only file in the download is my helmet. I put credits because I used his motorcycle and uniform in the screenshots only.

Added a light blue line where the number is present, like in the screenshot, since the dark blue part was too big.
