You need Hanakos Vest&Earpiece mod
If got it you´ll find the files in [GTA5 > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > eup > dlc.rpf > x64 > eup_componentpeds.rpf > mp_m_freemode01_mp_m_clothes_01]

    should be mp_m_freemode_clothes_01 for the ATF vest
