One suggestion, change the patch so it doesn't have the Minnesota State outline and use the San Andreas State outline.

I appreciate your feedback updates will come to the pack i cant see what your saying myself but i will  get other opinions thank you very much for your feedback

It can but i do not include tutorials/readme's on converting it to LSPDFR / SP sorry

@Crypto Development nice work man, and how can i learn to do that? or i just need to rename the file and put it in the correct folder?

So for the single player version, I can only get the polo and the jacket to work. Nothing else is working. Followed the minimal instructions and put everything in their corresponding folders and thats what I ended up with. 

Im not too sure sorry just make sure you added the shirts and that when putting them on ingame your not scrolling past them but other than that im sorry
