Ladies & Gentlemen, I present to you, with the contribution by @Candice, the EUP version pack of California Highway Patrol uniform, featuring all the ranks from normal officer to commissioner (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_Highway_Patrol#Rank_structure).

If you like to create your own customized character and play as a CHP officer, this is the mod for you.

 

All you need to do to install it is written in the document file you'll find in the pack.

You forgot to add the short sleeve Lieutenant. Also, there's no place to put the sergeant rank, is that normal?

The long sleeve sergeant replaces the texture in jbib_diff_003_b_uni. For the short sleeve sergeant, there's no sergeant insignia on default SAHP shirt textures.

Furthermore, I found no lieutnant shirt for short sleeve uniform. Maybe it's in another folder. Then I'll update the file.
