Is this just me or if you install this EUP does not work anymore and in game it says EUP Not installed. this could just be me do

Im having same problem as first guy, only thing I find changed is under FIB category. Is that all that's supposed to change ? I don't have the guy with the vest or anything.

same here only see the jacket being changed  no duty belt shirt radio etc. no face either  just

the jacket ....not even the tan pants...... maybe we are doing something wrong........

You must go to ''wardrobe'' and you find the skins in the following categories:

Narcotics Unit tshirt: [TOP:94] Texture: 1/3

Windbraker Jacket: [TOP:4] Texture: 1/16

Bulletproof vest: [ARMOR:12] Texture: 3/5

Safety vest: [ARMOR:11] Texture: 2/3
