Planning on doing that. The only thing i need is a template, and i don't know if there are any one out there.

Oh. Dude. I'm just gonna go out there and be harsh, because there's no avoiding it with this. Boy does this need work, not sure if it's just the screens but trust me, go out there and learn some technique,

Boy does this need work, not sure if it's just the screens but trust me, go out there and learn some technique, then come back and we'll see what you can do. Really, don't waste your time making the other vehicles. I'm only being mean because I have to.
You think like that? Be glad i even made this was my third fucking skinning attempt, so be fucking happy it was decent in my eyes. I'm new to skinning, and if you are going to be a dick towards me, i am gonna ignore you. "Don't waste your time...". Well, funny enough, i think my skin is decent, and i will improve over time, so get lost.

I will agree with Khanage because this texture does need some work done, and i will say politely that this does need some improvement but i see how your starting, my first skin was a dumbed down nypd car and even i knew it was terrible but i still put it out there, you just need some practice, thats all. If i can put in 2 cents i reccomend using Paint.net for a starter, it is alright in quality and extremely easy to use.

Yeah, i know it needs some work done to it, but it's 0.1, and as i said, i will improve over time, so i'll see what i can do. What is bad exactly?

The fact that he's having to ask what is bad shows how nobody knows how to properly provide criticism.  You don't need to be mean either, Khanage, you can provide criticism by being honest.

In my opinion, the skin does need some work.  It doesn't bear much resemblence to the cars from GTA V.  The bright yellow text at the front and back looks out of place.  I think the blue and yellow lines should be closer together as well, and more accurately follow the shape of the car.

With all complete honesty, id say almost everything, the lines aren't correct, state trooper is WAY over sized, the unit number is small, and there are no lines on the bottom of the doors.

And if you would like a car like this or *hint* *hint* a PACK you may just have to keep looking in the downloads section of LCPDFR for a *Cough Cough* NYSP Pack *Cough Cough*. But its not like im going to be releasing a *cough cough*

Agree with it.

But i think if a member wants to give his own opinion he must be polite and he must use kindly words and if you don't like a created work and especially from beginners, so you can give him few points or few tips to follow it and you can encourage him. Briefly, if you don't have good words to say, or you want to frustrate a work you will be able to don't write anything in the comment BOX . Just respect the other's work and let him work without your negative words.(my own opinion to @Khanage.)

I think it's related too much to your BEHAVIOR or ETHICS.

Liked @Lundy's comment cause he realized the different between polite comments and silly and bad comments:

Like @Lundy said, Paint.net is great for making skins, if you aren't already using it. It's free and there are plenty of plugins for it to make texturing a lot easier.

For learning and improving I used this video to learn how to do it: https://youtu.be/-1WfNwqBQDc Everything you need to know is in it.

And if you do check Paint.net out, you can use the values in the box below to make a HQ texture, or use 2048x2048 for standard quality.
