  2. Ever felt like the N.O.O.S.E was missing something?
Did you ever look at the N.O.O.S.E cars and thought "Man, these look like a mixture of the FPS Police and CBP, someone should fix that!"

If so, this is for you! This pack brings Eight (8) new skins for the National Office of Security Enforcement, to be used with the new Stainers, Buffalos, Interceptors and Granger, that government got for the N.O.O.S.E!

Sponsored by our all-time favorite Bean Machine!

  5. This mod simply replaces most of the LCPD stuff on the vanilla cars to NYPD, with the appropriate fonts.

How2install: Replace .wtd's with the one provided. Have fun!
btw, blame r* for too big "Police" text on the front.

  7. This is a vintage LCPD Computer Screen mod, that replaces the "Mainmenu.png" in the LCPDFR Folder.
This is not based off any real life Police Computer Systems.

  8. Ever got bored that the N.O.O.S.E Operatives looked unrealistic?

Wanted them to be more like the NYPD's ESU, without changing too much?
Well here is the mod for you!

  10. Tired of the ol' LCPD? Thinking the N.O.O.S.E cruisers looks boring, and want Liberty City's N.O.O.S.E to cooperate with the FIB? Then this pack is for you! It uses non-ELS cars with a special texture, especially made for the Liberty City County Sheriff!

  13. This skin pack is a simple enhancement for the original skins for the NOOSE patriot, Ambulance and The Police Maverick. Now the Police Maverick says "ALPHA 6 UNIT 12" instead of just "53" on the side, the Ambulance have "New Liberty" and a blue "Star of Life" instead of "City of Liberty" and a black "star of life" writings, and for the NOOSE Patriot, it says "NOOSE" with full capitals instead of "NOoSE". Trashmaster not says "Keep New York clean" instead of "keep Liberty City Clean" and has New York Sanitation Dept. sign instead of LC Sanitation sign.

    PM me for any support/requests.
