This is my Arkansas State Trooper skin for the Dodge Charger if you want the CVPI version you can find the download at GTApolicemods The skin isnt 100% yet I still have some color matching to do but Ill do that later so download apply and enjoy and catch some speeders ;)

just a tip: next time, use a HIGH-QUALITY seal, cuz when you scale it down it would look really sharp. if u use an to small emblem en you make it bigger, it just gets pretty ugly.
