This vehicle package is dedicated to all the heroes who lost their lives in September 11, 2001.
=== Important Information ===
- ELS Version 8.51 is needed for the Emergency Lights to work properly.
- Ensure you install the provided ELS config files properly, or the emergency lighting may not function properly.
- Also make sure you install the data lines I provided, or the vehicles could not function properly.
- Please back up your files. I am not responsible for any issues with your game caused by improper installation.
About This Modification:
- This Package contains 3 vehicle models
- 1998 Ford Crown Victoria P71 - Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Police Department
- 1999 Ford Crown Victoria P71 - New York City Police Department
- 2001 Chevrolet Impala 9C1 - New York City Police Department
- Vehicles were designed to resemble their real counterparts as close as possible
- Fully functional vehicle features (Working collisions, breakable glass, working lights, etc)
- Properly optimized LODs for better performance
- Camera offset has been properly adjusted

Released
These vehicle models have been completely overhauled
- Fixed and optimized materials and textures
- Improved and more realistic dirt mapping
- LOD optimization
- Fixed bump mapping and specular issues
- Added pre-baked vertex ambient occlusion for enhanced shading and realism
- Adjusted headlights, taillights, turn signals, and side markers to better match how they work in the real vehicles
- Adjusted lightbar proportions
- Significantly improved door handles on the 1998 – 1999 Ford Crown Victoria P71
- Significantly improved hubcaps on the 1998 – 1999 Ford Crown Victoria P71
- Adjusted the handling line for the 2001 - Chevrolet Impala 9C1. (Now it's FWD just like in real life)

- Model is Ford Crown Victoria from Driver SF, converted to GTA IV by F5544, modified by KevinDV and Cj24.

- Chevrolet Impala by Schaefft, converted with permission by Chippy, edited by Pengi, and edited a bit more by Chippy.
