A "door ajar" chime would make a great companion to this, too.

Does this mod only plays a sound? for what?

Please could someone explain me this? I didn't understand the mod

When you switch on the car and you don't buckle up your seat belts, the sound will inform you that you forgot to buckle your seat belts up.

In crown Vics, that noise means that you seat-belt is off.

So this mod only plays a sound, with no seat belt function? So how are you going to turn on the seat belt?

Because there are no seat belts in GTA without additional modifications, the sound will always be played when you turn on the engine (except you've set the "use_for_all_vehicles" setting to false and the vehicle you enter isn't a service vehicle (taxi, police cruiser, ...)).

There seems to be an issue with this script and the towing script that goes with the Police Helper. After the tow truck picks up the car, no matter which car, it says something about an error with seat belt chime and it stops after that.I was wondering if anyone knew a fix around this problem, if there is that would be great. Other than that great mod, neat little RP mod: 10/10

is this compatible with the deadly wrecks mod?

It won't cause any problems, this script checks only whether the engine is turned on and/or the doors are open. It will work, yes, but actually not with the deadly wrecks mod, because this script isn't related with deadly wrecks at all. The mods will work independent of each other.
