I have to say, I am greatly impressed by this mod. In combination with Policing Script by Bravehart, it makes an incredible addition to the standard LCPDFR. The bait car segments as well as the ability to place roadblocks are fantastic, and implementation of the PoliceHelper smartphone is fantastic; thank you for pausing the game while having it up! Keep up the incredible work. :D

This I can say can really make GTA IV along with LCPDFR a better game to play. I really can't believe I actually spent 2 straight hrs on IV doing bait car..... Even with ELS the game didn't crash.....

I already tested it online when It was in closed beta stages. It works on certain game modes and not all features work properly. The bait car mode works superbly, however the roadblock feature doesn't work great.... I haven't had time to test the latest version though so it may have been changed since.

this mod works great for me. My favorite part about this is checking ID on foot. Ive always wanted the ability to do that for certain situations and can only search the person. Great Mod thanks!

Next version (I hope it will be available this week) will not have new features. I hope I will fix some bugs and add system that will prevent script and game from crashing even if some function will throw an error. I want to add error logger also to trace bugs better.

Great Job! but I have this one issue with the cones and roadblocks. I can only put a cone down ONCE per session, so i put the cone down remove it and when i want to put down another it wont work! and the barriers dont work at all for me :( HELP! XD

Some users have problems with those. I try.to figure out what.is.going on.

Ummm. Possibly the best thing since LCPDFR. This makes the game SO much more fun now.

As previously reported in case it helps, the only issues I have had are:

1) Sometimes I can spawn the barrier when sitting in the car, sometimes I can not

2) If a car is right behind me and I spawn the barrier, the game crashes

3) If I put all barriers and cones out, the game gets very taxing on the CPU (I have top model 2012 Alienware desktop but even this struggles here)

4) Subsequent to point 3, the barrier script will then invariably crash and I cannot pick them up or use more

When the script crashes, is there a way to reload just the vdh police helper script? Instead I have to reload all scripts then start LCPDFR again and go to police station etc. Bit time consuming.

1. you have to be stopped to put barrier from cat. Maybe that's it.

2. Was that car just a traffic or was it bait car or some other "important" car

3. This part of the script is very CPU unfriendly. I'll try to improve it but I can't promise anything. This part is very very tricky and dirty coded. You can't imagine how weird things is that script doing to control traffic.

4. I will try to make script more stable and to keep it working even if one feature crash. We'll see if that helps.

Hey Karl, after reloading scripts have you just tried Alt P...then RCtrl P to Force Duty? Much easier and faster then going all the way back to a station.
