It does!

Oh and the nypd don't use taser's on belt but its still awesome.

So are you going to now be working on some plain clothes detectives using these gta v heads?

Did you really need to post 3 times to say that? Couldn't you just summarize all you wanted to say in one comment?

I really think you need to find a different ped. None of the NYPD markings fit with the model of the ped. It looks extremely distorted. The ped itself isn't very great either, the patches are really screwed up and the badge isn't a very good model to put the NYPD shield on. The belt also has too much garbage on it. If you really want a GTA V NYPD ped model, try out Sam's peds. His have the gear separate from the model itself to where it stays in its position. Nor to mention it has proper navy blue uniform textures so it won't look like the shirt and pants were dipped in a blue paint bucket. They also fit properly with the GTA IV police cap so you don't have the stupid sheriff star on the top, which was a lazy attempt by C*.

I like people like you because you know how things should be done a ped (modeling, not textures) because the person who made the model should of put a NYPD Shield Model around and not to miami police badge. But yes, a lot of other people like it, so Im not going to really watse my time doing something that people already like what I posted. But I really appreciate that you comment the mistakes to let poeple no that not everything and everybody is perfect!

Do you have a link to the original ped? I want to see what it was. If you think you're wasting your time doing something that people already like, does improving something make them dislike it? What I see you could do, is take the uppr textures from the original GTA V ped models and put them over the one's you made for the blue uniform to give it a bit more detail. I also mentioned Sam's peds since his use the IV cop heads which fit properly with the LCPD cap. You could probably edit those and put some NYPD patches and maybe try fitting the citation badge into the "LSPD" badge. What i mean is, make the badge itself all black, and then according to the texture of the badge Sam made, maybe put a name tag on the bottom of the badge and an NYPD badge above it. For the actual nametag model above the right pocket, maybe put something like this officer has.
