New Hats and Glasses for Luis 1.0.0

While GTA IV had relatively decent clothing options and variety (along with a few cut clothing items), the same could not be said for EFLC. Johnny had no options to change clothes, no props and only one alternate texture for his pants and jacket each (neither of which could be toggled by the player). TBoGT was a slight improvement, giving the player a few different preset outfits to choose from, but still no mixing-and-matching of upprs and lowrs, and a pedprops file consisting only of a bike helmet with three textures and a mission-only earpiece. I decided that more could be added.

Welcome to the New Hats and Glasses for Luis mod! This mod adds new hats and a pair of sunglasses to Luis' pedprops files in order to bring some more variety to the TBoGT experience.

This mod features:

-Three new hats for Luis, consisting of:
-Flat cap with three alternate textures
-Ushanka with the Coat of Arms of the Dominican Republic
-Fedora in dark gray
-New sunglasses, featuring GTA IV's unused texture
-Deleted two of the helmet textures, leaving only the camo one

I will likely add to this mod in the future, so keep an eye out for any updates!
