The super squeaky sirens that are fitted onto some newer BMW emergency vehicles, such as Police Scotland's traffic cars, Metropolitan Police RT1200 bikes, and some paramedic cars in Germany also use them as well! Because they're mostly found on BMW's they are sometimes known as "BMW Stock Emergency Sirens" but a few people have told me that they are actually made by RSG Engineering although the exact model name of this siren unit remains a mystery.
