1) Open SparkIV

2) Find pc>audio>Sfx

3) Double click resident.rpf, click RESIDENT

4) Import HORNS.ivaud

    some times with my els and sirens it will quickly change threw them all i dont know how to fix it when i try to use horn it will skip threw all the siren modes
