I was just driving around and saw this car driving crazy and I decided to chase that car, but it turn out to be the FBI(Noose), it still chase them anyway, so here's what happen...

Nice video! The NOOSE seem to have a problem with driving once dispatched. If you have ever seen a NOOSE Enforcer leave a crime scene, it is worse at driving than an ambulance, and that is saying something! I have once been literally mauled by an enforcer bent on driving as fast as possible!
