This is Indianapolis Police Department's CVPI Texture. It fits most all CVPI's and for DSF CVPI you will need to stretch it in paint.net or other picture app.

Fantastic. Two criticisms though. Badges are not present on the trunks of the cruisers, and the American flag and state flag are not there either. Those are the only two errors I can see.
