First of all, thank you to Abraxas for his fantastic modification for GTA IV.

This is a London Metropolitan Police skin for his Police Helper mod, for all

you British GTA IV players out there, simple as that. You can choose from two

skins, a PoliceHelper 2000 variant, or a PoliceHelper 5S variant.

Readme included in the pack along with installation instructions, licensing and credits.

i still get how to change the background may u put up a tutorial or sumin just os i can see where im going wrong

The police helper mod has some instructions for installing custom skins IIRC, that's how I found out how to.
