I ran the G17 diagnostic tool, which says its not meant for 1.0 I believe. I did not find another tool to use. But after running that it does say that the LCPDFR audio file is missing, and .net scripthook found but out of date. I have tried alt P but that also did not initiate the game. Thank you for your help. I did find the new diagnostic tool but have just received error 0x1, will report back soon if I can fix this. ***** After using the new tool it said it was setup correctly, I however still cannot activate by using alt p. ************When I load the game I noticed in the upper left corner in white writing it says the following: "Error in script 'CSharp.Engine.Core'! After that disappears I then hit the tilde key and see the following in green writing. "dependencies. the specified module could not be found File name: 'AdvancedHook.dll" I located advancedhook.dll in the gta 4 folder, so it does exist on my computer, not sure why this is saying missing or not found.

Hey everyone, I recently installed a fresh copy of gta 4 and updated the game to the current version. I then download lcpdfr 1.0b and performed the install. After loading the game, I cannot load lcpdfr by using the letter p command. I used to have an older version that worked fine, this time however I can't seem to get it to work, any thoughts?

I recently downloaded this patch. I enjoyed it the first day i played it but now Im running into a dead end. I am curious to here from other users and their personal experiences. I have the auto plate reader mod, now I have not been playing gta4 that long and dont know much about it, but im curious - "Are the cars supposed to move over, or pull over for you?" because they don't. I find a car with a wanted tag and I have to basicly cut the car off and randomly arrest the person. No matter the tag on the vehicle they simply don't react to me. I also only recieve basicly two missions, a domestic violence and suicidal person call and they always spawn in only two locations. Seems like there is an issue but maybe not, also curious to see other users experiences here. If i drive to the other two islands no calls for service are requested. The f10-12 keys seem like they really just don't work, and if they do its like 10% of the time. Is there an ability to call for back up as your trying to chase somebody? I don't know, Im horrible with modding and horrible with these sort of things, but this just seems wrong. Thank you for anyones feed back on this.

I have downloaded Scipt 4 and that helped me play with the vehicles.ini file found udner pc/cdimages. However when I download new vehicle some of these downloads are only images or .png files. Script 4 wont let me import them to the vehicle .ini file and I am still unsure how to use or install these vehicles :/

I have tried to install the ELS, new lighting mod but can't seem to get it to work in game now. In fact any police car I drive, either stock in game, or mod now the lights don't work, they don't turn on or I just don't know how to bring up the lighting system. I have read the readme but I only see "combination button" scenarios and don't exactly know what this means. Could someone explain to me how this ELS mod works and why I can't turn the police lights on anymore?

I have a few questions if anyone would spend a few minutes replying to this, I would appreciate it. I have installed only, the primary mod for lcpdfr, traffic, and 1 or two other popularly listed mods such as the plate reader and ELS7. I am now trying to add new police cars instead of the stop versions. When I download them, they appear as images to me and I am unsure where to put these files to make them work properly, please assist me in where and how to make these new vehicles work. Also in youtube videos I see players pulling down a grey/white, drop down menu and quickly selecting other cheats or enhancements, what are these and how is this done? Has anyone else experienced problems when arresting people, it seems buggy, slow and difficult to select the F9,10,and 11 keys when frisking etc. Any other notable advice would be more then appreciated. Can someone teach me how to use scripts and isntall vehicles? Allt he vehicles I downloaded appear to be images to me and I cant seem to find a place to put them to make them work in the game :/ thanks for the help
