me and VWKING over a Gtapolicemods both had these in the making, both great skins!! -
Hey i don't no if anyone knew this already or not, but while i was playing gta iv and using els v7, if you want your siren to work while using xbox 360 controller, but your lights in "express mode" and it will work just like V6, all you have to do is press L3 or R3 lol i already forget which one haha. but that's all hope i helped some people. sorry i meant to say Put your Lights in "Express Mode" you do that by pressing CTRL Backspace

im having the same prob, i am not a noob either, i put all files where needed, turned everything on. and the only thing that works is siren and if i press ctrl backspace it says expressmode enabled or if i press it again it says expressmode disabled, my ctrl m will not make anything pop up and i have yet to see the lights flash once!!!

Seen this out and about tonight, So Sense no one will make a 2013 Ford Taurus With the Whelen Liberty light bar, i used bxbugz123 2011 Ford Taurus, This is the new state Police car. i have included real pictures and ingame photos so you can see it in-game.
