  1. I think making a YouTube video and misinforming nearly 2000 people is rude.
  2. I have Bejo's mods installed, and even though they're currently incompatible with 0.4.8, my game works fine. No crashes or anything. Thanks for the great work, G17 team. Is this is an example of your team's way of troubleshooting vanilla game crashes? Downgrading a mod that isn't being loaded? Sometimes it's about quality, not quantity.
  3. Sounds like you should learn C# and ask to assist the development team with working on 0.4.9 so you can fix all your issues.
  4. Speaking to plugins which disable themselves due to version checking, you cannot blame LSPDFR for that. You have provided no useful information about the problems you (or anyone else) are experiencing. How do you expect the issues to be fixed if you don't specify what they are? This is the exact attitude that makes me want to stop creating for the community.
  5. You could use the "IsOnAllWheels()" method on the vehicle to be towed and check its condition in a loop. Not sure if this will return false when the vehicle is teleported, or when it's on a flatbed.
  6. I would argue it's preferable for features to be implemented in the base mod instead of a plugin as long as they're implemented in a way the player-base desires. This ensures compatibility, reduces dependencies, and in theory improves the overall user experience.
  7. Any mod that has a LSPDFR version checker and disables itself when there's a version mismatch will be incompatible until the plugin author updates their mod. If you don't like it, tell the plugin author. Only the plugin author knows when they'll update their mods, so you might want to find their Discord server (if they have one) and ask your questions there.
  8. I can. Imagine if you spent the last 3-4 years learning how to make plugins. You would be one of the best mod creators of 2020!
  9. You're more than welcome to make them as well!
  10. Well the game already has vehicles. I'm not sure what the second option means.
  11. Rich replied to FrezzyPL's topic in Legacy
ELS doesn't come with any vehicle XML files, so just delete them.
  12. Game crashes don't show up in the log. Manu's video is more helpful. The only information I have to work with is it might be related to police vehicles. Edit: If people want more stable releases, I would encourage taking advantage of testing early releases I post in my Discord.
  13. Unlikely, I didn't change the mechanics behind the automatic siren cutout feature. In my experience, this has only happened with vehicles that have one lighting stage.
  14. Because ELS. Thanks for giving it a try.
  15. This has always been a thing with previous versions, but shouldn't happen in the most recent version. Which version are you using?
  16. Thanks, I'll work on the issues reported so far when I get home from work today.
  17. I've added this to my issue tracker and will look into it.
  18. Hopefully it works well.. it seemed to when I was testing it. There might be an uncommon crash resulting from if the driver of a vehicle going around you gets out of their vehicle. I can't release a fix for that until this one gets approved.
  19. I will update this after I update Scene Manager. ETA unknown, but hopefully sooner than later.
  20. If you need support feel free to ask in my Discord
  21. Similar to topcheddar, you have not correctly installed the dependent files. Following the installation instructions in the readme should resolve the issue.
